The terrace, with its all-timber structure and unvarnished quality, exudes a simple yet low-profile beauty. The black ironwork table and chairs further enhance its minimalist style.

The design team behind Park Signature utilized a combination of traditional Chinese and Western elements to create a brand new spatial aesthetics. The base color ivory sets the tone for a low-profile and elegant space, while the dominant dark blue color, often used in traditional Chinese architecture, adds a touch of grandeur. Modern materials were used to create traditional Chinese screens, which not only separate spaces but also allow for visual penetration.

With a project area of 175 square meters, Park Signature showcases the expertise of the design team from The C&A Group. The incorporation of contemporary Chinese architecture and European influences creates a unique ambiance that is both exquisite and grand. Traditional Chinese elements in the furniture and soft furnishings add to the overall quality of the space.

The project, which started in 2016 in Chongqing, China, was completed in June 2017. The location, in the newly developed Ba Nan Longzhou Bay area, offers a picturesque backdrop of Nanshan Mountain and surrounding parks. The area provides various property forms, including row houses, townhouses, high-rise residential, and commercial buildings. With easy access to the subway station and urban business districts, Park Signature ensures a high quality of life for its residents.

Park Signature challenges the traditional concept of luxury by injecting a luxurious living experience into everyday life. Recognized for its excellence, Park Signature was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2018 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category.
